I'm not a tech person. Is this going to be another headache?
If you can send a photo on WhatsApp, you can run noDeco. We built the interface for dive instructors, not IT consultants. Mario (Big Fish Tenerife) "always has problems with computers" and he was fully operational in 7 days.
What happens to my current bookings and client list?"
We don’t expect you to start from zero. If you have a spreadsheet or a database, our team will migrate your data for free during the onboarding phase. No manual re-typing, no lost history.
Does this work if my internet is patchy or if I'm on the boat?
noDeco is a cloud-based system optimized for low bandwidth. While you need a connection to sync new bookings, you can access your daily schedule and manifest from any device. Most users in remote locations can run it perfectly on a 4G hotspot.
Will my staff actually use it, or will they stick to the group chat?
The reason staff stick to WhatsApp is because it’s easy. We made noDeco easier. Once your instructors see their schedule, boat and student info in one clean view (with their own color-coded assignments), they won’t want to go back to scrolling through 200 unread messages.
Do you take a commission on every booking?
No. We are a SaaS (Software as a Service), not a booking agent. You pay your monthly subscription and that’s it. You keep 100% of your revenue (minus standard Stripe/PayPal processing fees).
Can I customize the booking forms for different types of dives?
Yes. Whether it’s a Discover Scuba Dive with equipment rental or a Technical Trimix expedition with specific gas requirements, you can customize the fields to show exactly what you want.
How long does it take to go live?
Technical setup takes 20 minutes. Training your team takes about an hour. Most centers go from "complete mess" to "fully digital" in less than a week. But we like to give it a month to settle.
What if I want to cancel?
No long-term contracts, no "hostage" situations. You can export your data and cancel anytime. But based on conversation we had with dive shop owners form around the globe so far, once you see your first automated revenue report, you won't want to.
