Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

noDeco offers a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.

During the trial period:

  • You may access the full functionality of the platform.
  • You will not be charged.
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charges.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period expires if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Billing

After the 30-day free trial ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and you will be charged according to the pricing displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

By starting a paid subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • The Service is provided immediately.
  • Access to the software is granted upon billing.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as described below.

3. Refunds

Because noDeco provides immediate access to digital services after billing:

  • All subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
  • We do not provide refunds for failure to cancel before the renewal date.

However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical billing errors
  • Verified system malfunction preventing access to the Service

Any approved refunds will be processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing.
  • Does not retroactively refund past payments.
  • Allows continued access until the end of the current billing period.

After the billing period ends, access to the Service will be suspended.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account immediately.
  • Terminate access to the Service.
  • Recover associated fees.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before disputing a charge.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) or Paddle.com Inc. (USA) as Merchant of Record.

Refunds, where approved, are issued by Paddle in accordance with their policies and payment processing timelines.
